Formline is not a bookmaker

Formline does not accept stakes, hold customer betting balances, or settle wagers. Nothing on the board is an offer to bet. If a fixture shows a decimal price under a bookmaker's name, that number belongs to the bookmaker. It can be old or suspended. Choosing "Open to book" leaves formline.ng. What you do on that site is between you and that operator.

If sports betting is illegal where you are, or you are under the age required there, do not follow a bookmaker link. Formline is not directed at children.

The percentage is not a promise

Scout forecasts a fixture from prepared pre-match evidence. It is designed to use what Formline has stored and not invent missing facts. A leading probability can still lose because sports outcomes remain uncertain and no evidence packet contains the future.

Do not read the percentage as expected value against a bookmaker, as a staking plan, or as the chance you will profit. Formline does not rank your bets and does not owe you the difference when the result goes the other way.

Evidence quality matters

• No usable completed matches stored means form evidence can be missing. That is not a verdict that the side is poor.
• A short run of results is a streak, not a season.
• Opposition strength, competition, venue and recency can change how useful an old result is.
• No previous meeting is normal. One or two meetings are not a rivalry.
• Rest information exists only when the required timestamps are stored. Formline does not invent fatigue, travel or motivation.
• Similar names are not the same team unless reconciliation has enough evidence to match them.
• Missing, stale or incomplete evidence should lower data quality rather than create fake confidence.

Read the market before you read the probability

Football, ice hockey, handball, rugby and AFL use a three-way regulation result where a draw is a real outcome. Basketball, tennis, American football, baseball, volleyball and MMA use match-winner outcomes where the sport's normal resolution rules decide a winner.

Different canonical markets can have different settlement rules. Do not infer a missing outcome simply because another sport uses it.

Formline may publish additional canonical markets when Scout has a coherent probability set for them. Those probabilities remain forecasts, not bookmaker odds.

The schedule and evidence can be wrong or late

Fixtures, venues, scores and supporting context originate from external sports-data feeds before Formline stores and reconciles them. Kickoffs move. Matches are postponed. Scores arrive late. A competition can be missing while the sport itself is listed. Formline does not check every row by hand before you see it, and a wrong row can affect a forecast.

Advanced fields are used only when reliable data is actually available before the forecast evidence cutoff. Absence of a field is not evidence that the real-world fact did not exist.

Other people's cards are not Scout forecasts

Bookings, Game Wall posts and creator subscriptions are member content. A streak on a profile is a count of that account's posted results, not Formline's endorsement and not a forecast of the next card. Paying a creator buys access to their subscriber-only posts for the paid period. It does not buy their results, and Formline does not guarantee that a creator will publish, stay active, or win.

Paying does not buy accuracy

Core is ₦2,000, Pro is ₦5,000 and Creator is ₦10,000, each for 30 days after payment is verified. Renewal is manual. If checkout fails or is cancelled, no plan is activated. Access can be removed for abuse. A plan is a right to use paid Formline features. It is not a share of winnings, not insurance, and not a duty on Formline to keep every league complete.
